I honestly do not know what set me apart. They ask you questions like why northwestern, what would your clinical instructor say about you, tell me about a time you went beyond normal care for a patient (or something like that), have you ever had a conflict with a fellow student or co-worker/if so how did you handle it... They ask you really standard questions, then ask you a set of behavior questions. I was on the phone for like 45 minutes to an hour. My HR recruiter was really sweet and nice. I think I actually did better with the phone interview than the actual interview. I got asked way more questions in the phone interview than the 1:1 interview.
