  1. English Nurse would like to visit a US Emergency Room

    Hi there I am an English nurse working in an Emergency Department in Nottingham, England. I am hoping to receive a travel scholarship to enable me to to travel to the US, with a view to spending time in an Emergency Department (ER). I am particularly interested in hearing from nurses within an Acute trauma Centre, who would like to exchange ideas and hopefully be able to shadow a nurse and work with her/him once I get across there. It will be on a temporary basis, I would like to stay hopefully in the US for approx 8 weeks, working alongside nurses in the ER. Working and observing on the shopfloor the day to day running of a Trauma ER. Any nurses interested in an exchange of ideas and working pratcices then please contact me at [email protected].
