Vegas, I logged into the application too & the "letter" on there says the same thing. However, there was an option down in the far right corner that read "respond to offer" or something of that nature. Are you seeing that?

Go to "Register an ID" & check the option of "student that's been accepted." If it allows you to create an ID, maneuver your way on thru! I've tried repeatedly for weeks & wasn't able to until this morning. Got my fingers crossed for ya!

I wasn't able to actually log into Blazernet until an hour after I created my ID. It now shows curriculum of AGACNP & with holds on my record for background check, etc. PRAISE GOD!!!!

I spoke to Charlene Bender today (the program director). She stated that we would know in a week. We shall see!

Hey guys! I submitted application for the UAB AGACNP program, with FNP as a secondary. Spoke to the Program Director yesterday and she mentioned that we'd have letters before Christmas. I've had my submission in since May so the wait is CERTAINLY painful! I've been a nurse for 5 years, with 2 of those in CVICU. I'm hoping that December comes quickly!

You're welcome! Regardless if you're accepted or not, you get a letter. I think this being the first year that they've used the TEAS as part of the application process...it's slowed things down a bit. Of course, them having to wait for final grades to post didnt help matters much either. I'm trying to stay positive, but concerned that I wont have enough points to get in.

Talked to a counselor last week. She said that the nursing committee meets on May 31st & that letters will go out June 1st! So yay!! Not much longer.

OMG! I seriously can't wait much longer!! With this being the first year that they're using the TEAS as part of the acceptance process, I'm guessing that's what's holding everything up. Also, I'm assuming that explains why the NUR104 disappeared from the "course offerings" for summer. UGH!!
