  1. I guess my thoughts were - its March, I probably wont get a callback like TOMORROW and then I figured that by the time they interview & make a decision it may be close to may and then I plan to take my NCLEX... I know I have heard of people being hired on a contingency that they pass their NCLEX... so I dont know.. I just want to try to be as PRO active as possible. I do have 3 years experience in the medical field and I am hoping that this helps me.... (somewhat) !
  2. So. . . I am graduating in about 8 weeks ... I want to try and ATTEMPT to start getting my resume out there... I have about 3 years of clinical experience working with the American Red Cross so I am hoping that this gives me a little bit of a boost when applying .... it appears that most of the places obviously have the RN requirements listed for their positions but I am in the process of obtaining all of that and want to get my name out there to start interviewing. Im unsure when everyone else started or plans to start applying and want to see what everyone elses experience has been thus far......
