  1. I don't think we have met. I haven't been to CCAC in years except this past February to take a CIT class. I transferred a lot of credits from Point Park (where I got my BS), but I found out a couple weeks ago that they are not going to accept my A&P's because I took them too long ago. Oh well, it won't hurt to retake and refresh. Hope to see you there. I am working on getting my packet completed ASAP so I can get it over with and try to relax a little before classes start in fall. We all know how hectic our lives are going to be after that.
  2. I was told if you are accepted you are guaranteed a seat in the NRN classes, day or evening which ever you were accepted into. Clinical is different though. You might have clinical during the day even if you are an evening student.
  3. I'm at South evening. I haven't gotten the packet yet either.
  4. Jas101, Thanks! I'm sure yours will be coming soon. I'm glad I don't have to stalk the mailman any more.
  5. Thanks! I got my first choice of South Campus Evening. With 2 young children, the day program just would not work for me. The Littmann stethoscope is very good quality and it's also lighter weight than the others which makes it easier to carry around all day. I love it! Is anyone else in the South Evening program?
  6. Thank you! I was trying to just get an estimate so I'm not in shock when I register. I figured about what you said. I have a really good Littmann stethoscope that I use for my job now. I'm going to start filling out the FAFSA. Hopefully I can still qualify for something. I pretty much maxed out student loans when I got my BS.
  7. I got my acceptance notice today :) Can anyone tell me how much total the first semester cost (not including books)?
  8. Thank you for your encouragement. This will be my second career. I have a BS with a job that barely pays more than minimum wage and I am laid off almost half the year. Getting accepted would just be a great opportunity to start again and to do something that I should have done to begin with.
  9. 3 weeks!! I might go crazy before then.
  10. I didn't get anything today either so jas101 you aren't the only one. Hopefully tomorrow will be our day.
  11. Waiting stinks!! Especially when you know that others have received theirs.
  12. I just moved this week and it will take a few days for my mail to be forwarded to my new address. Argggg.... If I knew acceptance letters were being mailed out so soon I would have waited to move.
