They are on site. There is a lot of bias toward the teaching staff as well as every parent request is approved. If their child doesn't like public bathrooms, they use ours. If they like our coats or sweatshirts better than what mom sent, we provide it.

We do everything including provide snacks, water, and mints. Ours is administratively decided. We've had emergency situations and an email is sent asking all teachers to keep students in class only to have kids sent for cough drops...in the past every restrictive suggestion has been shot down. At least we have lovely kids!

For 650 kids we see 70-100 a day. We have some children coming 70-80 times already this year. We get visits asking for sneakers because their sandals will get dirty.

The first 1/3 I had 7 classes and one day of clinical a week. Now I have three classes and three days of clinical. I LOVE most of my clinicals but loathe the hospital we are at for the next 9 weeks. That and my teachers have a 'tough love' approach to learning. AKA, asking a question is like begging to be torn down on why you don't already know the answer. Thanks for the support. It's just been a long month or so :)

So I'm half way through an accelerated LPN program and I've completely lost motivation. Maybe it's the months of getting 4 hours of sleep a night or maybe it's not having a day off from school or studying in 6 months but I'm having trouble seeing the light of day. We started our class with 35 and have 19 left with people still falling. Does anyone have some motivating words? I can use all the help I can get.
