Hi guys! I'm not quite sure if my thread is in the right area, but any help would be really, really appreciated! So, I'm currently living in Seattle, WA and I'm thinking about moving to CA (particularly around SF) to attend a private nursing college. The reason why is because I know it will take me a long time to get into a LVN/LPN program and I really don't want to wait any longer. (there aren't any private nursing colleges in wa) My ultimate goal though, is to obtain my LVN and then possibly come back to WA and somehow get into an LVN-RN bridge program? Does anyone know if that is possible? If it isn't, I don't mind staying in CA to continue forward with an LVN-RN program if it's possible... The colleges I'm thinking about right now are Kaplan in Sacramento, NCP in either of their locations, and Gurnick in Concord. Are their credits transferable to other schools? Do you guys think these are good schools? Any help would be greatly appreciated... this is a big step for me as I've never lived anywhere on my own and I'm scared that nothing will work out for me in the end. Thank you!! :redbeathe
