    I am going to call the BVNPT (CA state board) tomorrow before I go to school but I am the kind of person that likes to get answers and opinions ASAP - which is why I posted on here.

    Hi, I was looking to transfer to another school that was closer to my house. The other school requested that I provide them with my transcripts to see if I would qualify to transfer in. Well, I asked my current school for them and they said that they only provide transcripts for graduated or dropped students. Basically, they won't give me my transcripts unless I quit or graduate. Is this legal? The other school said that this sounds very unethical. Thanks,
