  1. thanks for the input, i've decided to accept and go to yale! still can't believe it! does anyone know if there's a fb group or something for our class?
  2. So my goodness I was just accepted into Midwifery from off the waitlist and I have a whopping 3 DAYS to decide yale over columbia! Are there any current GEPNers (or soon-to-bes) that can answer a couple questions? I was wondering if Yale offers any international opportunities for midwifery students and what kinds of opportunities yale has for nursing students outside of the classroom (volunteering and such)? Is working as an RN common during the masters portion? Any other insights would be SO appreciated
  3. I'm moving from California too! I've been so nervous, obsessively asking a friend of mine in New York random questions like, "What do people wear when it's cold??" :) I'm really hoping that on-campus housing works out, because I'll be so overwhelmed if I have to find an apartment across the country in an unknown city! Does anyone know what the chances are?
  4. Hello, I'm from California too and I've NEVER been to NY before. Does anyone know a good place to stay during visit day that's close to Columbia? I'm afraid I'm going to get a reservation in a completely different neighborhood or something....
