HI TO ALL, i AM NEW NURSING STUDENT AND MY FIRST ASSIGNMENT IS TO DIAGNOSE A PATIENT WHO is 76 tears old, male.He has a fractured back, and is undergoing physical therapy, laso drinks enough fluids, but urine color is dark, and constipating. can anyone give me a hint what are possible diagnosis, I am thinking UTI, or due to stress . thanks very much!
