  4. Hello! I hope everyone is doing well. I am new to dialysis and it is my first RN job. What are some assessments for fistulas and grafts I need to keep in mind, that is reportable to the doctor. For example, I had an incident where pt's fistula had a scab that was open, I called the doctor, ordered me to stick away from the scab and instruct pt to go to the ER after tx. Thank you! :)

  6. Hello, Are there symptoms pertained to isolated low diastolic pressure. For example, if the systolic is normal but the diastolic is low. What would pt in dialysis exhibit if the diastolic pressure is low? Dailysis nursing is my first RN job. So far, I noticed there are a lot of different bp variations. Also, how would you chart the low diastolic bp? Thank you very much for your help. :)

I am planning to apply for a job in TX and I have a CA License. In the application one of the requirements is to have a "Current RN license in Texas"... Can I still apply to this position with my CA RN license or is it only for TX RNs? Thanks!

If anyone did, can you please tell me how it is and what kind preparing they do. Also, if it helped you or not. Thanks so much.
