  1. tarheel84, Thanks for posting. I remember reading that it was easier for those who walked in to get the process going. I am not sure I will take a trip to DC just to get a license- it's quite expensive. All the best with your license!
  2. Thankyou Cheri234!
  3. 0402, Thank you so much! very much appreciated!
  4. I graduated with a BSN and passed my California NCLEX in Jan 2011. I would like to have my license endorsed to GEORGIA, however, I am having a problem locating the website where I can find specific details on what I need to submit to the board of Nursing in Georgia. If anyone could kindly direct me to the exact location- I say thank you! I would like to work mainly in Atlanta! Thanks!
  5. Hi All, I graduated with a BSN and passed my California NCLEX in Jan 2011. I would like to have my license endorsed to DC, however, I am having a problem locating the website where I can find specific details on what I need to submit to the board of Nursing in DC. If anyone could kindly direct me to the exact location- I say thank you! - Does the board of nursing in DC issue spot on licenses upon endorsement? -Anyone have any idea how long it would take to endorse the license? Thanks colleagues!
  6. Thanks 0402! very nice :-)
  7. Hello All! I recently sat for my NCLEX-RN exam and Passed with 75 questions. A few days later, I received my license, however, I was under the impression that new licenses are valid for 2 year period. Mine appears to be valid for maybe 15-16months. I am expecting a second package in the weeks to come and hopefully there would be an explanation. In the meantime, if anyone who is licensed in California could please clue me on how they calculate valid dates I would be grateful! btw: This website is such a valuable asset to all nurses. I would have been in great agony had it not been for all the reassuring posts- Thank you!
