  1. simply put, what's the job market like in philadelphia hospitals for new grads? i'm currently an lpn. i'll have 6 years subacute experience (as an lpn) when i graduate with my rn but i want to work in a hospital setting. thanks!!

(i'll have my aas in nursing in may!!!). has anybody recently worked as an lpn but is now an rn? when i finish school i'll have had 6 years of lpn experience. do employers consider that nursing experience to be hired in a hospital? thanks!!:redbeathe ...by the way, i'll be looking in the philadelphia and new jersey region
