The online clinical was in an email! it should have your user name and password! Then you do log in! I'm reading the book material before class but the ATI stuff when she gives us the material.

Yeah we have classes in the morning and stuff then on thursdays and fridays we have clinicals (either in the morning or evening which ever you want) Johnnyrei we have to wear scrubs everyday right? I don't think i'll get a lab coat because she said if we do wear it we have to get it embroidered and thats extra money.

I'd ask your admissions counselor!! Since we're in st. joes it's probably the same. But for the 1st 8 weeks I have NUR 206A from 8-12pm and NUR 209 from 9am-1pm!

Did you see they put out our nursing schedules FINALLY? :) I'm so excited!

I thought it was insane how much GCU wanted for health insurance! I was like NO WAY I'll get my own!! Haha. It's so long, I didn't get asked to be verified, but with my luck for Fall I probably will be haha. GCU loves verifying my information!! I heard the program isn't at all like this. It's just frustrating for the whole beginning to be like this. I had 3 now 4... temporarily until a new one gets appointed. I don't really talk to D. (because we can't mention names) that much. I saw her for my new schedule for spring then worked with my nursing admissions advisor. THEY HAVE TOO MANY! haha. I still can't get on the stupid PLUS loan site for my mom either. It's dumb because it basically says GCU is doing a different way but then GCU has no idea. And now I'm here...

I was disappointed because ------ was the best one I had had!! And now she's gone and some guy name -------- called me. He's not my new one, but they're looking for a replacement! GRRRR!

I have to go to GCU because the nurse has yet to call me with all my stuff; she took my physical papers to wait for my titers to come in and promised she'd call me. Somehow this is not at all surprising. I'm waiting for my stupid tax returns to link to the IRS before I send all my stuff to ------- and the other financial counselor that insists he is mine too. Hahaha. I have no academic advisor anymore because she retired! I have gone through so many people that it's ridiculous!!

Haha yeah I've heard the GCU financial counselors are not anything to brag about! Will gave me the estimated quotes based on my FASFA, which will most likely change now that I have to file. I'm sure I'll be okay for the first school year. I'm just disappointed now that I probably won't get the full pell grant now that i have to file too as dependent. I think we decided i'll do the pell grant and stuff for summer and then loans for the fall. then we'll decide from there. Futnursekj does your financial aid counselor want you to apply for private loans?? I feel like GCU would surprise us with cheese and crackers before real food hahaha. :)

I'll look and compare all the prices. I'm very excited! Especially to try on the scrubs :) hope I look good in purple!

Yeah the Cardiologist ones are sooo expensive!! I definitely don't have the money right now to get one! Did you get a fancy color or just a black one?? I noticed a lot of the Littman ones had various colors!

The stethoscopes are so expensive! I think I'll order mine on my next pay check! then slowly order some books!

I thought it was dumb that they won't provide lunch! I was like really I pay like 17000 a school year!! hahaha. Yeah my stupid loans worry me but I know I'll have a decent job!
