Hi, I am a college freshman and I am studying nursing. At my school the nursing program is competitive, which means you are required to take your pre-recs first, then HOPEFULLY ( key word ) get accepted into the nursing program for your junior year. I've talked to people who've got accepted, and one girl told me it took her seven tries to finally get accepted. On top of that, she told me she had a 3.8 GPA all through out college. Pretty much I just need advice on other routes. I plan on being a RN. But I do not know what I should do. Any suggestions on what I should do to get experience in nursing while also going to school to become a RN? My worst fear is to waste years in college on something I could of achieved quicker. Should I go for a LPN, or something lower than a RN? I'm just so confused.. Any help/comment counts! Thanks (: - Confused Nursing Student /:
