I am reading through the threads and I see more negative than positive working in home care. Why do you continue to work in the home care field? I am curious.

Can someone please explain simply how home health agencies get reimbursed using HRRG scores, number of therapy visits and outliers? I am having difficulty understanding it. Thanks.
