While these are all good things to know for those applying next year you have to stop and think.....how many of those 500 will actually be eligible (get into csuci) and what the average points is for everyone else besides the 4 people that had over 40? Honestly I think when they said it was going to be more competitive it was meant in terms of the number of applicants. I know someone at CC that applied but didn't get into CI. She has awesome grades but didn't complete the necessary transfer work correctly. So really 500 is just a number. Don't stress. Some of those higher numbers might decline if they get offers somewhere else.
  2. Hi there, Im thinking of applying myself , I'd only have 27. A friend of mine that applied has 28 and another of hers has 26. Really depends on the numbers this year so guess we'll see. I've heard it's super competitive tho and like a lot of students there apply. That's just hearsay tho. Id like to apply to cottage health, I think the cost of the program alone will turn people away. You've really got to be willing to go in on the loans for that one.
