  1. Yes I know exactly what you mean. Fortunately, there is no fee to reschedule. I have up to a year to schedule my test and take it (from my understanding). This is here in California, and I have up to 24 hrs prior to the scheduled appointment to reschedule or unschedule myself. I'm scheduled to take it this coming Tuesday, which is why I'm wondering now what I should do!.. I'm thinking of maybe delaying it until after Christmas, although I really wanted to take it before so HOPEFULLY I'd be able to give my parents a real nice Xmas gift, if you know what I mean. But with the way I'm feeling right now, I'm just not so sure if I'm ready. :uhoh21:
  2. I'm scheduled to take NCLEX this coming week, but I'm scared. I don't know if I'm ready, don't know if I should postpone it or reschedule it. I have taken it once before and failed. This is my second time. I've studied, but not as much as I wish I had. Should I take it or put it on hold?.. I don't want to let my parents down because they are helping me pay for my bills, rent, etc. What should I do?
  3. Thanks for the response! The only reason why I had asked is 'coz i've had a couple of friends who have taken NCLEX already and they each checked their results at different times by the 3rd day after they had taken it! So, I was wondering if there was a certain time they said they would have it posted. I had called BRN the other day and they told me that my file was complete and that they had my results. Then, one of my friends that took NCLEX last week was supposed to find out by this past Tuesday if he passed, and his name wasn't posted then. But, for the hell of it we checked it yesterday, and his name showed meaning he passed!!! I don't know.. weird stuff going on with the BRN! Don't they know we need to know ASAP?!!!???
  4. Does anyone know how soon you can check your results??? I know that it's supposedly by the 3rd day or something here in CA, but is there a specific time as to when the results should be posted?? The wait is killing me and I took NCLEX on Monday June 12th! So I'm becoming real ancy!!!!:uhoh21:
  5. I wish you much luck! Much of what I've been reading with those that have gone all the way to the end have passed. I myself just took NCLEX on Monday and am waiting for my results. Only difference is... I ran out of time!!! So, I'm going through just as much frustration as you are right now because no one can seem to really respond to me running out of time. Am I dumb? In any case, I would say to look at doing all 265 as a good sign. As long it kept going, you were still in the game. They usually say that the last question will count the most. But.. who knows!! NCLEX is unpredictable!!!
  6. Well thanks for your response. This wait is just killing me though!!!
  7. i just took nclex yesterday and just don't know what to think!!! here i am reading out how the computer turned off on people, while others took the whole 265 questions. but in my case... i ran out of time!! does anyone know if that's a good or bad sign? i know that in a case like this, they'll look at the last 60 questions, but i don't even recall if i was sane and focused enough to get through with those 60! i don't know how many questions i reached, i know that it was more than 160 and less than 200. i don't even know how i did on the last question because i was so mentally drained even though they were allowing me to take my time to answer it. now i'm killing myself with this wait! what should i think? what should i expect???!! please pray for me 'coz i can't afford to lose the job that i have lined up for me!! otherwise, i don't know if i'll have to move back home!!!!
  8. I SO know how you're feeling!!! I just took NCLEX yesterday and... worst of all, I ran out of time!!! Does anyone know of anyone running out of time and passing?? That's where I'm feeling really nervous and scared right about now 'coz I DON'T know what to expect. So now I'm waiting just like you and it's killing me! I don't even recall how many questions I got. I just know it was more than 160 but less than 200. If anyone knows of anyone still passing even if they ran out of time, please give me those words of reassurance 'coz I SO need them right now!!
