    The test is not a NCLEX test, it is an independent company test used by many hospitals. Most Travel nurses are very use to the site and frequently have to take test from this site. The company will not release the correct answers only your scores, due to ownership, etc. However, went to http://www.enotes.com/nursing encyclopedia. The answer to the question about considerations listed first was check for blood return in the IV line. reasoning: due to many drugs that can cause severe irritation and damage should the catheter not be in the vein. Have seen damage due to chemo drugs when the line is infiltrated. The, if I remember correctly, they listed recommended rate, followed by the dilutent answer. thank you.
