   Why don't they have a National Board of Nursing instead of each state having a board of nursing. That way if you pass their exam you could work in any state.

   I'm a retired psych nurse and over the years there has been many scary situations. But I think the anxiety helps you do your job because you know anything could happen at any time. You just do the job one moment at a time.
