  3. Hi CA Nurses- I am going to be graduating May and I am interested in the job market for new grads in CA. I am primarily interested in Northern CA. I currently live in Idaho. I know all the scary stories, but I want honest input. Should I keep trying to work in my state until I get experience and then go for CA at a later time? Is a BSN imperative? Does having a bachelors in another management field help in any way? Does anyone suggest that I become specialized before attempting a move. What are the licensing issues of changing states? I would really appreciate advice.
  4. I wanted to ask the nursing community about the current thought on getting a BSN right away after just receiving a ADN. I have a bachelors in another field. Does that help? I am a "mature" student and need to start working sooner than later. I also am interested in an online program that would go from ADN to masters? I would love any ideas:nurse:
