I am an ADN to BSN nurse and I have been accepted to VCU nurse anesthesia program. I did not have a problem. I think they look at your over all personality type and confidence level. They want a person who can work well and take control in high pressure situations.

I have had a meeting with the director of human resourses and the CEO. Basically, the money covers the tuition and housing. It is a grand total for the entire program. I know that currently the hospital is sponsoring another SRNA and his tuition alone (out of state) is 14,000 per semester. I would be willing to sign a long contract. I am just trying to find the most feasible option. I am the only contributor to my financial situtation. I am just trying to survive.

I have been accepted into VCU's CRNA program. I am attempting to get funding from my current facility to assist with living expenses and tuition, total 57,000. How hard is it to get a contract? Does anyone have any suggestions or words of advice. :uhoh21:
