Hello everybody, Sorry to bother you, but I'm seriously considering moving out to the States from England with my young family for a more open space / less claustrophobic existence than the UK, and in particular to the mid west. I am an RN with 18 years experience (mostly psych but with a little surg), are there many potential psych employers in Utah, and are there many positions for psych nurses as (unlike ER, CCU, Med, Surg) I never see them advertised in the UK nursing journals?
