  1. Thank you so much for the reply! I live in Virginia and I think there are ways to keep your license if you are not working fulltime. I have done Home health as an RN but I know it's different when going in as an NP- especially when we need to orders labs or diagnostic testing. I'm relieved to know that you started out this way too!
  2. Hello, I passed my FNP boards a year ago and have been working as a home Health RN. I have been offered a position to do house calls as an NP and work under the direction of a physician but primarily be alone in the field. Anyone have a similar experience of doing a house call job as a new NP? Please share! Thank you
