i feel like nothing is finalized because I havenet heard from teh school ever since i turned in my financial aide packet. They havent even told me what I need or what I am missing, for classes and shots/immunizations. Anyone else get any other news other than financial aide packets??

it varies every year, its all dependent upon how many people do not accept. All we can do at this point is hear from people that haev decided to not accept. And then we have to take into consideration the amount of people who are not participating on this website. Stay hopeful ODdb !!!! People will hear from other schools in July too. Best of LUCK !!!!!!!

is the fb page on private or hidden because everytime i try to look it up, the only way i am able to find it is the one for Sacramento, not the oakland one.

yes, but i will most likely work down here, and im referring to school costs only, not finding a job afterwords.

also, i dont know if banks will offer as much as the financial aide at school.

yes , i recieved mine too. it is pricey but they do a great job a estimating. and if banks offer subsidized loans than that would be great cuz we wouldnt be charged interest til we graduate. But ive been told by past smu students to take teh full amount they give you. and you can always take less the second year too.

yes, yor right tweetychick510 , i calcualted it and smu costs about 20-30,ooo more or so. Althoght smu is only 3 yrs, it still costs more.

smilinsweetie: hello. yes i am an alternate as well. :) If i dont get in then I will continue on with SMU's FNP program that starts this fall. But due to closeness and cost, western is my first choice

weas!! i was wondering the exact same thing, because all teh views on this website are from users mostly. I know that the hundreds of views, i count for atleast 3/4 of them. lol. I am on here 24 7.

Congrats, So they emailed you first and sent the official letter in teh mail too? Did you get in for the NP track or the CM track? are you going to go to western or smu's CM track? luckily you have choices. HAPPY FOR YOU
