    pinaylala21 me too. we have the same problem. they don't have any response yet since i send the requirements that they want. now i am planning to submit another application to another state.

    --we have the same situation,what i did is call the nurse aid registry and they send me an application form to take the written and skill exam for CNA. i'm actually preparing for the exam right this point in time
