Hey Paco69, thanks for the links however i am in AZ not NM.. so do you mind sending me the links for AZ? and thanks for keeping it real. I'm excited though. and pima community college has a year long waiting list, and the university's are bachelor degree programs.. i just need an associates to be an RN.. so that's why i settled on Pima medical institute because there's no waiting list and they have the associates program... SOOO i did do some research.. And also its not like i woke up one day and thought "hey, i think im gonne be a nurse" NO, my mother grandmother and grand father were nurses.. so its not something that just popped in my head.. its always been between teaching and nursing for a long time now.. however you did bring up a pretty good point.. that I'm being hasty.. but I'm excited to START!! can you blame me? and maybe i can do some more research, thanks for the advice! S

Okay thanks for the honesty. Ill just have to complete these few classes over this year and start the program next January.

hey everyone, last week i decided that i wanted to be an rn. so all week i've been online looking at schools in my area and came across "pima medical institute". they have a nursing program but there are a few prerequisites that i have to do first. anatomy & physiology (all body systems) micro-biology growth & development general psychology my problem is may 4, 2011 is the start date for the nursing program and i was wondering if its possible to get those done before may? if not:crying2:, i have to wait until january of 2012! advice? comments? is it do-able?

I was wondering what the enterance exam at P.M.I. is called? I've heard things like TEAS test? Is that it?
