Thank YOU all for your input... I have found one article that meets all requirements!! Oh I never knew finding a silly article would be so fulfilling!

I'm glad I am not the only person who has ever struggled finding resources... I feel so -stupid- for lack of a better word. Why can't I just find information I need? But better yet WHY do they has so many stipulations for it. I have found great resources but many lack just one aspect regarding criteria and then I can't use them. Many are 'overviews' and not the actual case studies but would be so helpful if only I could use them!

I didn't even know you could search in specific journals! I will have to try this. I REALLY wish they would have dedicated even just 1 hour of lecture to this.... so far what I have seen within the Nursing program is we are on our own. Our Instructors seem so unwilling to help us the majority of the time.

Just for the record I was not looking for somebody to do the work for me... I just need some tips on finding the right kind of article.

I don't know how to PM you - Im very new to this site. I have found articles regarding my topics on EBSCO but not Written by RN's and that is part of the criteria- they also need to be case studies that have been publishe d in nursing journals. I have typed polypharmacy into the box many times and ways and have found some great articles but nothing i can actually use. I'm about 30 minutes from quitting and just using the wrong type of article and loose the 15 points, I have wasted so much time that I could have used to study for my exam next monday.... thanks for your help anyway.

Ok I am a first year nursing student and I am coming upon my first nursing paper. I have spent HOURS trying to find "good" nursing journal articles on poly pharmacy and the elderly and also Home falls risks for elderly. I have tried ebsco, proquest, and the works and I don't know what I am doing wrong! I am so frustrated and have no idea where to turn next.... Help please... what am I doing wrong...

We were never actually taught Grammar, not even in middle school. Now they actually have a grammar class in High School (my siblings are in it now). They must have figured out they really needed to incorporate this into their curriculum because my class was screwed!

I guess I am afraid that they will want me to define what exactly a 'predicate', 'clause', or something of that sort is... ugh it is making me sick to my stomach!

I take the Hesi A2 on 1/22/11 and I am very confident in all the sections except the Grammar. I have the Evolve reach study guide and have been looking it over but still feel really nervous. Apparently my High School really did a crappy job with teaching us Grammar - seeing how we NEVER had a course. Would you say it is a must to know all of the definitions and be able to pick everything out of a sentence? Or is it set up like the practice in the book such as just picking out misspelled words and the easy ones like when to use 'he' v.s. 'him'? I really think I may go to my high school and complain about this!
