  1. I totally agree with a previous comment that says TRUST NO ONE, when u look at it, family can even stab u in the back at some points in life so why would a coworker not. Keep a poker face at all times at work u never know when someone is watching or listening. Also dont add any co-workers to your facebook or social media you dont want them going around spreading your personal business either. Sad but nowadays you have to keep it strickly business/pleasure.
  2. It will take anywhere between 2-3.5 years depending on how quick a pace I move at, and yes I can work and go to school all the classes are online will only have to physically go in once clinicals start.
  3. I am very torn, I just graduated LVN school in July sitting for boards on friday and have already gotten hired by a LTC/Assisted living facility so far so good I would say....However I am torn I wanted to start ISU program in December LVN-BSN. After reading so many threads about nurses not being able to find jobs its making me scared to go further picking up loads of debt and time on the way...Any advice at all would be very helpful from everyone.
  4. I would only think that you would want to get to get a CNA certification if you were desperate to get a job ASAP, if not then you might as well wait until the state gives you an answer. You can work as a CNA with a few months of nursing school under your belt let alone a license in another country.
  5. I added them to my resume as I was in your position with no nursing experience, I havent used it yet for a nursing position but for a nursing assistant and I have gotten employed after 2 interviews so I would say might as well put them on there cant really hurt you I dont think.
