  1. I am an Rpn, i work for the niagara health system in Niagara region, St Catharines. We are working at full scope of practice, so far throughout my research I have found that we are allowed to work in Niagara and Hamilton. I was hoping to receive feedback on other locations in Ontario that we are working at full scope. I have been told London does not hire Rpns i am specifically looking in North Bay, Huntsville, Nipisssing, Parry Sound Thank you in advance....

We (rpn) are working at full scope of practice throughout the nhs system (niagara regional health system) here in ontario...... 29.17$ an hour
  3. Thankyou for your replies. Dishes, I was told they are pretty much the same degree as well, however the BScN is the bachelor of science, which is what I am told Ontario requires, and the BN is a bachelor of Arts. ) have a nice evening.
  4. I am an RPN in Ontario, I am interested in taking the online course through Athabasca university in Alberta. The university's program gives you a degree in Nursing, BN. I have called the CNO and they are telling me that in order to be recognized as an RN in Ontario you must have a BScN. However the CNO told me to check with employers and univerisities, I am continuing to look for more information before I register for this program at Athabasca. I spoke to the head of the Nursing progam at Athabasca and they told me this online program definitely only gives you a BN.... Confused ?!
