  1. where could i work after graduation if i don't want to work in thee hospital?
  2. hi, everyone! I need advice. i really want to study nursing, but i dont know what route to take first. I planning to start lpn first next year because i got accepted into the program. Also, i could gain experience if i want to take the career mobility path to rn. Or should i just go to bsn which i am almost finish with my general course. Or should i just go to adn community college level which i think i will never pass the entrance test. I know that if i just start straight out with the bsn (if i get accepted) then it would be more easier for me to not take all those steps lpn to adn to bsn. I dont know. if i start with the bsn (if get accepted) i am afraid i will fail the dosage calculation test and drop out for the semester. Then, the lpn or adn level take too much time for me. what should i do!!!!!
  3. should i chose nursing or ultrasound? please help me. I like nursing because i can apply to the future like if my parent is sick. I like the hours and pay, but i not sure if i can deal with stool and injecting needles to other people. People told me they are always scare at first, but they will get use to it. Is that true? I really like to study about health and its diseases but not sure if i like the whole patient concept. Is it possible after graduation i could find a job with less patient contact. Please let me know. i reply previous but no one has help me yet. I really need opnion since most of you has been in nursing. thanks a lot! Let me know if you know any information about ultrasound and how the job is like. thanks
  4. i don't know if i should go into nursing. well, i like to study about health and its diseases. nursing has flexible hours like weekend only for instance and good pay. I no sure if i like nursing. is it gross? Do other staffs pushy? Is it has a lot of stress? is patients pushy. i hope to get a job that is patient less contact, but i willing to accept what going on with clinicals. i believe nursing is appliable to people. like i could know what to do if my kids get sick, or if my parents has problem i could make the best decison if they can do what. tell me more about nursing. i planning to start 2006, but not sure if nursing is for me. i been to volunteer in hosipital but no help at all. maybe you could tell me more what others health career is good. thanks for the help. sometime i am afraid with that i can't handle the situation like giving shots. i afraid i will make a big mistake, but people told me you will get use to it and have lots of motivation toward myself. is that true? please reply soon. thanks
  5. i dont know what to do. should i choose nursing? I like to study about health like the human body and diseases, and health is very important to me that I could apply to it everyday such as i could know what to do when my mom is sick. However, i don't really like the job. I mean i like the flexible hours i could choose weekeneds or certain time or just part time and job outlook is always open. But, i don't really like to clean people vomit or poops. People told me it is ok if u get use to it, and I feel i dont have motivation to take blood. What happen if i make a big mistake and involve in a lawsuit. Should i go to nursing school just because of i like to study about health then when i graduate i work patient less involved, or should i go to another health career path. Another problem is that i really don't like people tell me what to do if they told me to do something for a few times it ok,but if it all the time it upset me. Another factor is that I easily to be stress. what should i do? i want to go into health care but none suit me. give me advice on what u think is best and what careers u think would best suit me if i chose another career. I like to have flexible hours like part time not like 60 or 80 hours a week. I like not much stress. I like a job that is not management. the problem is i narrow down my research career. Ultrasound hard to find a job here and long hours. Clerical work is not much money cause that is a issue for me. radiology is i afraid i will have cancer in the long run due to radiation. my final is dental hygienist but i am not sure.HELP ME I BEEN LOOKING FOR ADVICE FOR A LONG TIME TO FIND THE BEST POSSIBLE JOBS. i been in college and almost finish my general education course but still undecided on jobs. THANKS A LOT IF U REPLY!
