  1. need help looking a good job

    hi everyone i have been an RN for more than 1 yr and has worked in med-sug unit for more than a year and i really want to get another job, i love my co-workers but the administration is making it harder for people to work there. my husband and i are ready to move to another city if the job is good like patient ratio and more workers. compared to my job now with patient ratio 8:1 and more often less workers. i have had to endure it and everyone that started with me already left, they keep hiring new grads all the time due to nurses not wanting to risk their licenses. if you know any good place to work for and nice city for family to raise kids please let me know..... thanks
