    Hi there. My name is Robin Walker and I am the nurse manager of a 13 bed acute care psychiatric unit in Lander, Wy. I am requesting help from all of you to work on a best practice staffing guidline for my unit. I have a staffing matrix but this is very limited. I need to know how many beds are on your unit and what staff you have available for how many pts. This includes social worker,techs.,rec therapist, and occupational therapy etc. I would love any emails/faxes etc that you can give me on what you are doing and copies of any acuity formats that you may use.
