  1. Ok. So what do LPN do in surgery? I just wanted some info, did not mean to upset you. I thought this was about gathering info. MY bad.
  2. I always thought that an LPN could not work in surgery unless you were scrubbing holding retractor or have been train to scrub. I thought you had to be an RN to circulate. What state are you in?
  3. It is my opinion in order to be a good circulating RN, you should be able to scrub. It gives you new respect for what a scrub does and knowledge is power, it looks great on your CV if you can do them both.

    I took the CNOR about 3 years ago, ordered the book and CD rom to prepare. it really helps. Good Luck.
  5. Does anyone have a good resource for or against home laundered scrubs in the ambulatory surgery suite?:balloons:
