  1. Full vs part time scheduling rights

    dkw1526 posted a topic in General Nursing
    My unit is considering changing our scheduling so full time employees have first choice then part time followed by prn. Part time employees are still expected to meet their weekend, holiday and hours of work commitment. Does your unit differentiate between full and part time choice of hours? Do you rotate so that everyone has a chance for first choice on hours? Please let me know. Thanks!
