    I agree, I have found out it is not what you know but who you know! I have been networking and will continue to do so. Only started applying about a month ago. Where there is a will there is a way UMASS Amherst is also online , they offer 1 yr or 2 yr tenures and start in summer , which UMASS Boston does not

    I didn't realize how hard it is to get a job without experience or a BSN in the Boston area. I will be starting RN-BSN program at UMASS Amherst in June. Any suggestions ??
