I took the NCLEX last month and failed. I had 79 questions and was very confident about the questions I recieved and the answers I provided for the answers. I recieved 12-15 select all that applies questions and 3 fill in the blank questions. According to the computer adaptive testing model your questions are based on the previous answers you have given. If the question was answered right you will recieve harder questions, if it was answered wrong you will get either the same level question or an easier one. I am very confused and I would like know if I am alone. Had anyone every taken the NCLEX and believed thier results were inaccurate?
