    Hello fellow nursing students! I am currently in Nursing school in Georgia and excelled in my previous class, but am really struggling with exams in this semesters Med-Surg class. I am seeking pointers on how to improve my grades:crying2:. Right now I am skating on thin ice in the class and I have 3 more exams to go. I study the material and I don't know if it's the rationale I'm not getting or what. I want this so bad! I'm just seeking pointers from others who understand the skill and rationale behind thinking critically for nursing school exams. Thanks! Best of Luck
