Here's a question that didn't come up for me until just yesterday. I admitted a Newborn Infant under NH Medicaid, but when I went to fill out the Oasis, I was stumped. Many of the questions required repsonsive client. Hearing, vision, pain, plus many others could not be properly addressed and there is no N/A choice for these. Does anyone have suggestions? Barry
  2. I am looking for a web site where there may be information on the operation of cad pumps for administering IV meds. I need a site that will walk me through the operation and programming of the device. I have searched and searched using every keyword I can think of, but no luck. An online manual or evern a company name (Lifesystems?) would be helpful (although I searched Lifestystems/cad/infusion pumps, and got nothing useful). Anyone know of a good site? Barry
  3. Not to mix metaphors, but that file was a goldmine!!! Thanks so much! Barry

  5. I'll admit I'm new at this, but I have difficulty deciding which diagnoses to put into the various categories. It's clear, I suppose, that MO190 is simply the diagnoses that the client is admitted for, but what is M210. Medical Diagnoses? Is this all the client's diagnoses, or just those requiring Home Care? It would seem to include at least of some of MO190's list. And then there is M0230 and M0240. Wouldn't you simply re-list all the diagnoses listed in the previous categories and just rate them as to their severity? Besides posting, you can email me at [email protected]. Thanks for any help. Barry
