    I'm lucky my job will pay for me to go back to school to get my master's degree. I'll look into the Federation for the Blind as well. Thank you all for your advice!

    I'm an RN working in critical care, and I'm losing my sight. My vision can be corrected with glasses (expensive ones) now, but my doctor says not for much longer (a few years or so). I've also been told laser surgery is not an option. I'm wondering what kind of field I could start merging into if I become legally blind. I'd like to get any education I need now and establish myself before this happens. Any ideas?
