I am graduating in December and I am on the job hunt...the problem is a lot of places will not hire a new graduate nurse or a nurse without any experience...where do you start??

I've applied to a few places...I am just waiting for some interviews!! Any suggestions as to how to prepare for an interview or what to expect??
