  1. Thanks everyone for your wonderful comments! I find it amazing and cool that people I dont even know are proud of me....... Thanks again!
  2. I have tats on both my arms, and there are more cna's with piercings and tat's then don't, where I work. No one has ever said anything bad about them to me.
  3. I cant say the test was hard. I just paid attention in class and studied. You will do fine, just ask your teacher for help if you need it. Good luck to you!
  4. Thanks everyone for your reply. Working on the dementia unit is hard sometimes, but its also nice to help these people. I look on their walls and see pictures of who they "used" to be. One man was a police officer, another was a CEO of a large company. I pretty much go along with what there saying, and it seems to make them happy in "their" world.
  5. Hello everyone, This is my first post. I just found out that I passed my state test and I am now a CNA! My skills were ROM, Pulse and Res., and dressing. In the last six months I earned my GED, got my cert. from The Red Cross in CPR/AED and First Aid and now I passed my state CNA exam. My brain hurts. LOL Tomorrow I start a job in a Dementia Ward at a Nursing Home. Im a 44 year old male and even though it was tuff at times, I made it this far. For anyone that may be struggling with there class, I just want to say hang in there and you will be fine.
