Thanks...I handed it in and got an EXCELLENT grade. I chose the "risk for" because the other 7 dx's weren't as important. But I totally understand what you mean. Makes sense. Thanks for the feedback!

I am doing my final CPE for our current rotation and am having trouble with prioritizing my top three ND picks! Not sure why I am having so much trouble, I guess its because this one is being graded unlike the last FIVE! Ugh. Here are my three top ND's. 1. Ineffective breathing pattern. 2. Ineffective peripheral tissue perfusion. 3. Risk for falls. That is the order I think they should go...any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Always pinch. The only other thing you have to decide is wether or not they have enough "subq" to either inject at 45 degrees or 90 and what size needle you need to use. There is really nothing else to know! Good Luck!
