    Have you made a decision yet? If so, how is it? I am in a similar situation. I've been a nurse for 4 yrs, inpatient rehab, field care manager, acute rehab, acute oncology, and now home health. Looking in to telephonic nurse case manager position with liberty but wanting get a good idea of how the work life is. Definitely want to do it...but I think its the CHANGE that is making me nervous. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks!!
