  1. Point taken. I am researching moving to florida from every angle and an agency is one possibility but i will contact hospitals directly.I still have not had a reply from anyone as to cost of living in florida and if we (husband and two kids) can manage on my wages untill we can settle
  2. That doesn't sound good!! The agency is Adevia Health. They have told me they will help me to secure a post where I am directly employed by the hospital. We fancy moving to Gainesville or maybe Orlando. carrieUK
  3. I am an English nurse wanting to move to sunny central Florida. Can any-one advise me how much I may be able to earn on medical/surgical wards, and is it enough to support my family over there? I have been told I can earn $50,000 per year, plus out of hours benifits, by the relocation agency I have signed up with. I am getting a bit worried reading some of your messages as this doesn't seem to be right. Thanks CarrieUK
