I'm sure everyone has heard of the HESI and Kaplan exit exam frenzy from graduating nursing students. I have a question: My school has had an issue with cheating. The Kaplan Exit Exam that was supposed to be proctored, was not. Administration suspects there was cheating. I don't honestly know if there was cheating or not, but I know that I earned my score and do not want to take another exam that my graduation status rides on. Can the University legally throw out an exam for graduation (not a 'course' exam) based on the suspicion of cheating? There is no proof, and no one has admitted to cheating as far as I know...
