Thanks so much for all the advice guys! I have barely started to crack open my old dosage calculation book, but I will make it my best friend. They did make the program sound like they have a reputation for making great nurses so I'm sure they have high expectations...I live in Orange County currently but will most likely have to move up in Feb when the program starts. Traffic is horrible it takes almost 2 hrs and I think it will be crazy with early or late classes/ clinicals... Can you give me an idea of what my weekly schedule of with clinicals and theory?

That is great! good luck, the classes are tough but try your best, pre-req grades really help or hurt you getting in to a program. I learned the hard way having to re-take one :x

Hi Guys! I just got accepted into the Career Ladder Program (LVN-RN) @ Pasadena College and will be starting in January:D. I want to be prepared before I go into the program because it has been about 8 months since I have opened a text book! What do you reccomend I study before the program starts? I haven't taken a transition course..is there one? When do I take it? I go to the orientation in a few weeks. I'm excited but I'm also nervous! Thanks for your help! xoxo:redbeathe
