  1. Switblad - It will not keep you from the program. You will just need to go through a few extra steps. You will need to get a chest xray and if that is negative you may need to go through a recommended course of preventive treatment, if not you just have to provide the documentation of negative chest xray. For more information you can look at the TB skin test policy http://sites.csn.edu/health/TBSkinTestPolicy.pdf It also says for *CONFIRMED or SUSPECTED TB INFECTION – CSN Infection Control Manager and Southern Nevada Health District must be notified immediately. This is the woman, Jean Wolfe, at orientation who spoke to us about vaccinations. Contact her and she will be able to help you. She handed out a yellow piece of paper with all of her information on it. I don't have it with me, but I believe her office phone number is 651-5595
