I am sorry to hear that you lost your job but I hope you are working at a happier place with a more reasonable supervisor. By the way when I am in charge I do fill or did fill in (doing agency I do not have to do charge)assignment under protests forms on occasions. They maybe on someone's bathroom wall or in the trash but i always kept copies!!

Yes I did once and I got such a bad reaction from the manager (a recently new manager) that I left 3 weeks later. I only refused it because I was afraid my license and my patients' safety were at stake. I would do it again in a heartbeat if the circumstances were the same.
