  1. thank you for replying! i am more so looking for the education differences, different classes that you get as a CNM that you dont get as a CPM and so on...everything i have read so far seems to me like i would learn more as a CPM but that doesnt really seem to make sense, seeing as i would be getting my masters as a CNM? HELP!
  2. i was wondering what the educational differences are between a CNM program and a CPM program...i found a great CPM program that looks like you cover ALOT of information that i just dont see being covered in the courses that the CNM programs are offering...i could very well be wrong since they usually just list the subject/course and no description, but im starting to wonder if i would be better off doing a CPM program? any thoughts? i am heading to school now to get my RN degree...honestly i just have no idea what i am going to learn and if i will learn all necessary aspects of midwifery just doing a masters program? excuse my ignorance and any guidance is much appreciated! thanks!!
  3. thanks for replying! i am planning on doing this course after i do my ADN (which i will hopefully start next year) and then i will probably have to work for a year (hoping to get a job in L&D) and THEN i will be applying to the ADN-MSN bridge...i know its so far away..UGH i just want to get things moving! lol but by that time my youngest (that we dont have yet HAH!) will be about 3 and my other 2 will be in school...so i am glad to hear that it is doable and doesnt really require 40 hrs a week.
  4. i am thinking of joining this program as well, how are you liking it klone?
